Outlaws are a great company with great customer service and great merchandise. There was a delay in receiving my sons present ( it wasn’t Outlaws at fault it was courier company ) none the less Outlaws were onto it immediately. This makes great customer service. The chain and pendant, my son loved it, brilliant quality and great value. Definitely 100% recommend outlaws for something a little different.

My order took a considerable time to arrive, but I understand that the holiday season can be busy. Customer service was excellent, responding to my emails within 2 minutes. However, the ring I ordered was too large, and I was disappointed that exchanges aren't free, as I had to pay for return shipping. On the positive side, I received a code for free shipping. Overall, it was a good experience, and the products were as described.
