The team was responsive, kept me updated by phone and email, and found me a new room that fit my budget with almost no delay.Daniella, in particular, was amazing — she checked in daily and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.If you're new to the city and looking for housing with real support, I highly recommend Outpost.
SCAM. I have not rented from Outpost because my correspondence with the staff has been absolutely unprofessional. They are very pushy about starting the "booking" process without providing a tour of the living space or basic details like the breakdown of rent expenses, information about roommates, etc. It honestly feels like a major SCAM. I am not convinced that Outpost is a legit site. RUN!

This is a complete scam. The place you end up with isn't even the place photographed. The staff is a joke. They literally paired somone with service dogs with someone allergic to dogs. Twice. And they never admit to or fix mistakes.These people shouldn't be allowed to run a business.
