Terrible service

Terrible service. Booked oven clean and paid in full up front. I first paid a 50% deposit when I booked and then was contacted 2 days before my booking date for the remainder of payment for the clean. On the day of the clean I waited in all afternoon but they did not show or contact me to say they were running late or can't come.I had to contact them at the end of the day to find out they weren't coming. It is now 2 weeks later and I have not received a penny of my money back even after numerous requests by email and phone. Their customer support did not appologise or even care that I had not received the clean or been given a refund. Just told I had to wait 28 day. This is not acceptable service. I did not receive the service, not contacted and not receive money back. I've had to go through my bank to ask for a reverse bank transaction. Do NOT use this company unless you want to lose your money.

Ask the company to clean our double…

Ask the company to clean our double oven. The guy did turn up but looked terrible like he was hungover. I had to drop my wife to work and so left him to get on with the job. On my way back to the house i got a text saying he could not clean the other because of mold. The guy then just left the house. Not even waiting for me to return. So, on my return to the house, he was gone and the house unlocked. The mold was on a small amount of bread in the grill. So I told customer services what had happened and they said did I want to reschedule. No thanks. This was early December and was promised refund within 28 days. Still not happened. But I do ring everyday and speak to a range of people. I just like being nice to them and asking how their day is and ask what they would do in my situation. I am now complaining to my credit card people to get the money back. Lets see what happens. Cost was £103. All fun

I really wish I had read the other reviews as company seems to have ovensupport. Co.uk and oven support Ltd before I booked. Absolute shambles! Had appt booked for today between 12-3 had a message to say running behind at 1pm then at 4.15 spoke to customer services who said they will still be attending. At 5.40pm had a message to say they wouldn't get to me as its too late for them. I wasted a day and to top it all have been told it will take up to 28 days to issue a refund.When I booked the appointment I had a phone call trying to sell me extra products and services good job I said no as would have been even more out of pocket they can't even turn up to do the job they are booked in for so why offer extras!Avoid at all cost! They may be slightly cheaper but it doesn't mean anything when they don't bother to show up!

Awful company DO NOT use

Awful company DO NOT useHad them out for an oven clean on December 9th for a double oven. Absolutely awful. Did not clean the roof of the oven or the door seals. Cleaning pricy reside left on racks. Light bulb was discusting and the fan at the back of the oven was also not cleaned. Had the hob and extractor hood done as well but all that was done with those was baby oil smeared all over them. Was offered a date to be rectified which was Christmas Eve which was not convenient. No further date offered and now have been trying to get a refund. First I was told to send in photos which I did. Then I was told it was a Quality Control. Now I’ve been told that my refund has been requested from the accounts department yet they have not set a date for a refund even though it’s been ongoing for nearly two months. I’m being fobbed off but if I can warn others to go elsewhere then that’s what matters. Do not give them your money. My complaint is now with the Consumer Ombusdman. Also don’t believe the comments on the FB page as they hid the negative reviews and then block you.

Worker on time even earlier first…

Worker on time even earlier first thing.. great..cooker looks new really happy with the work done. He even fixed the oven door .. it had a screw loose.

Absolutely shambles

Absolutely shambles. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Waited in all morning to to be told they wouldn’t be out until 2:30 then said I would have to wait 28 days for a refund when I cancelled it. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SHAMBLES AND A CON!!!!DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Just had my oven cleaned

Just had my oven cleaned, wow fantastic job, but the man who did it was a credit to the company, thanyou will definitely recommend!

Only Half a Job

Not a company you want to clean your ovens... they do not clean the top of the oven (GRILL AREA) the reason given they might damage it.... they don't clean the fan area asking requires the employee to remove the four screws to access the area....again they might damage the oven... using the same logic was surprised they dipped the wire racks cause they could damage them ...they say the clean will take 45minutes to one hour to clean ... mine took a whole 24 minutes... as two the most critical areas they don't clean...if I could give them a zero star I would... Their customer support team are not a lot better...stay well clear of Ovensupport

FirstlyAVOID OVENSUPPORT my option would be no stars but…

Firstly my option would be no stars but unfortunately can't input it.i was looking to have my oven cleaned and found oven support on line.the website showed a reduction for double oven clean for £75 to £55.i decided to book on line. A deposit of £27.50 was requested and paid.The day before the cleaner was to arrive I received a call to cancel as cleaner was not available.the caller then proceeded to try and get me to take out annual cover and to buy Teflon mats all of which I refused.he then asked me if my property was a house or flat.i replied a flat at which point he said that will be £25 extra as it's a first floor flat.He then asked for further payment which brought the total to£80.Foolishly I agreed and money was taken over the phone immediately. Anew date was arranged and cleaner duly arrived.i said before you start I must tell you the grill has a fault I'm telling you so you can't be blamed after clean.He then said I can't clean top oven then can only do bottom one.i said that's a waste of time at which point he contacted his office and said a refund of £80 would be made.He then left and I received an email asking for my bank details and saying refund would be made in 28days by bacs.after a few days I sent an email to them and was told accounts had been asked to make refund.now a month later I've still not received a refund.The matter is now in the hands of my bank.DO NOT USE OVEN SUPPORT Don't make the same mistake as me I should have read the many bad reviews first.I now intend to consult trading standards as I believe this firm should not be allowed to do business.
