Would I recommend- NO!

What can I say, booked an appointment and it was cancelled at 5 o’clock the day before but surprise, the cleaner turned up next day to clean my single oven but he didn’t stay long, just 25 minutes from me opening the door till closing the door after he departed. Wow, that was fast I thought but after he’d gone I checked the oven, the door was gleaming, the inside looked okay, it was fairly clean but I’ve never had an oven cleaner who didn’t clean the racks! Big disappointment and I certainly can’t recommend this company to anyone. I’m just grateful I didn’t pay to have any other equipment ‘cleaned’ despite the hard sell.

My first and last experience with this company. My appointment was cancelled with very short notice and I'm still waiting for mt refund...I would NOT recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Terrible customer service, had my appointment changed because there was no engineer in the location, even though this appointment was confirmed. When the date was changed the engineer didn't show and I was asked to change to the appointment once again. I choose to cancel and requested a refund, as had paid £75 upfront. Was told this could take 14 days to be returned and THREE weeks later still no sign of my refund. I have called customer service four times so far and still the same excuse, my refund is 'pending' even though I have asked for this to be escalated. No clue when this will be refunded. DO NOT USE, it's not worth your sanity.

THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW

I booked a clean for 27th November and called on the day to get an ETA, only to be told the clean was not taking place and had been rescheduled, without letting me know. Since they'd already let my friend down FOUR times, I didn't want to be treated the same way so I cancelled the job and asked for my deposit back. I was told it would take 28 days but as of today, 5th February, it has not been paid. All they will tell me is that the payment is pending with Accounts, no I can't speak to them and neither can customer services to progress this. It's like talking to a brick wall and they know that eventually you'll just get so exhausted that you suck it up and move on. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!! They need taking to court.

Disgraceful company keep away zero stars.

What a shambles of a company cancelled twice without letting me know they are great at taking your money and wanting to sign up monthly and upgrade to have everything doneBut after they have taken your money thats it your on your ownStill waiting for a refund.They do not respond to emails at all when you ring they just say payment pending.Whatever you do do not go with this company if you do dont say that you have not been warned.

Never Again

I used to use a local company but they closed so contacted Oven Support. My home oven cleaner was good not as good as the previous independent company but good.I booked again for a friend's oven hob and cooker hood to be done. It was cancelled day before scheduled clean TWICE. Will avoid this company in the future.

I was due to have a clean last wednesday morning it was cancelled at 17.55 on the tuesday evening.I rebooked for today Tuesday 20th Jan between 1-4 took the time off work and waited for them to turn up.At 16.35 they called me, i had explained we have dreadful signal where i lived when i booked. I had tried and tried to call back when i eventually got a reply they said because i hadnt called back faster they had gone to the next person. I got rather annoyed and requested my money back on the phone she said 14 days on the email they sent it was 28 days. I think they are very unproffesional and unreliable i would definately not reccomend to use them

Appalling company

Appalling company. Sent someone to do an oven clean and had to pay a £37.50 deposit. The person couldn’t do the oven clean due to a fault with the oven so I was told that I would receive a refund in 14 days. 6 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund. When you call to chase this they state that their accounts department cannot speak to anyone so the only way to communicate is by leaving messages for them. Absolute waste of time and money, would strongly advise anyone against using them ever.

Shocking company

Shocking company I booked a clean for 31st December and they cancelled the day before and offered 4th January which was no good as tenancy was ending on 3rd January They said I would get my deposit back by bacs transfer but every time I call to chase it they come up with another delay tactic I will be contacting trading standards tomorrow DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I booked a clean of my oven December and paid a deposit in good faith. The date was confirmed and I paid the final amount a few days before the cleaner arrived. After 4 cancelled appointments I cancelled and demanded a refund, on 20th January.After a number of calls, speaking to sympathetic staff I am still waiting for the refund in week 1 of March 2026.I will be in contact with my bank to retrieve my money.Do not use the company, they are not honourable!Stephen Ketelle
