I booked a clean for 2 weeks before…

I booked a clean for 2 weeks before Christmas. I also asked for the hob and extractor to be cleaned too. I paid a £55 deposit. I then decided to cancel the booking as it was done for me by someone else. I have now made 7 calls to request a refund and every time am told that the call handler will ‘escalate’ it with the finance department. They also refuse to let me speak to the finance department. I told them I wanted interest added to my refund amount as they are accruing it in their account ( I know I am probably deluded)I have currently raised a Dispute with my bank. What also concerns me is that when I ring them they know who is calling without having to ask for my details so I am clearly on a database that I have not consented to be on!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Terrible company, not interested in cleaning ovens just taking your money.Their way of working is to book an oven clean that seems cheap, take your deposit then cancel it. You will never see your deposit again...

Unresponsive to damage caused!!

Quick enough to take my money for cleaning g my oven but zero response about my email and photos for damage to the oven, I will be emailing them every day until I get a response!!Would never use again my advise save your money and time don’t touch with a barge pole!!!

My first time using this company.Simon was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly & efficient.Oven looks great, no mess, managed to clean up a burn that the last company I used couldn’t!Simon is a credit to the company Thank you See you in 6 months for my pre Christmas clean!!!

Third attempt job fulfilled brilliantly by Patrick

First booking person failed to turn up and I had been asked to pay the full sum. Second booking the person had not arrived by 5pm so as he was to clean a double oven, hob and dishwasher I cancelled booking and remade a new one. On the day Patrick turned up within the allotted time. Patrick was courteous, very efficient, and helpful. He did an absolutely brilliant job of extremely dirty ovens. To him alone I would give 5 stars and have him again when needed. To the company 3 stars. I became worried they were a scam as they insisted on full sum before the job had been done. And then twice not managed to fulfil commitment approprietly

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague. Totally unprofessional, rude and ignorant.I had an appointment booked for 6th Feb between 8am and 10am (their email from the day before stated)Rang them on the 6th at 9 to make sure they were still coming and was informed they had changed the appointment to between 1pm - 4pm the same day without email confirmation from them..The brummie female in customer services is probably the most ignorant person I have ever encountered in that job…Disgraceful and useless…time and dated 9:30am 6th February 2025if anyone wants to do a joint small claims court action against this charlatan company contact me jimmy l y n n at mail. c o m

Terrible service

Terrible service. Booked oven clean and paid in full up front. I first paid a 50% deposit when I booked and then was contacted 2 days before my booking date for the remainder of payment for the clean. On the day of the clean I waited in all afternoon but they did not show or contact me to say they were running late or can't come.I had to contact them at the end of the day to find out they weren't coming. It is now 2 weeks later and I have not received a penny of my money back even after numerous requests by email and phone. Their customer support did not appologise or even care that I had not received the clean or been given a refund. Just told I had to wait 28 day. This is not acceptable service. I did not receive the service, not contacted and not receive money back. I've had to go through my bank to ask for a reverse bank transaction. Do NOT use this company unless you want to lose your money.

Awful Customer Service

Unlike many others, I did get my oven cleaned to a satisfactory manor. However, their pushy sales guy, having to pay a 50% deposit, then the balance upfront as an insecure credit card payment was unacceptable, but I'd paid a deposit, so was over a barrel. Lastly changing the day and time without asking me was so bad practice and they didn't care or apologise. Would NEVER use again.

Terrible customer service!

I would give this zero stars if I could!I booked to have my oven and washing machine cleaned at the beginning of the month and the contractor cancelled half an hour before they were due to complete the clean. I am still waiting for my refund, customer service is not answering my calls and I have sent several emails. I have been promised for numerous weeks that I would receive my refund and still nothing.
