I just received my first order from PaintGem about four days ago and I’m already in love with this product. There was an issue with my original shipment (which was the fault of the shipping company), so I had to contact customer service. Within hours of my first contact, they had performed the necessary research and created a replacement shipment for my entire order. All other companies who make the bulk of their profits from internet sales should take note, as PaintGem does customer service right!! I will definitely be ordering again in the future!

I love the product. I had two made one with a photo of each of my dogs. I can’t wait to finish it. Shipping was super long, but my understanding it was related to COVID. I sent multiple messages while waiting and always got a response. They even gave me the option to receive a free kit for the delay. It’s worth the wait, but expect the wait.
I love the kits I recieved, and everything except the special pen is really good quality. The special pen is unusable. I was frustrated by the length of time it took for me to get my products. However, with covid 19 going on, delays are understandable. They were very communicative the entire time.
