I love Paintgem! I made my order before Mother's Day. I received it in about a month. While this seems like a long time, with everything going on, I think I got it fairly quickly. I also have orders that I made before this one from other companies that I still haven't received. The quality is wonderful as well! I've ordered two so far and I'll definitely be ordering again!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDMy daughter & I was super excited to get our kits. We ordered them back in late April. A couple weeks went by and our order was still in transit somewhere in NY. I contacted PaintGem via FB Messenger, they got back with me within a couple hours. They sincerely apologized and told me due to Covid-19, shipping was delayed so products could be sterilized properly. A few more weeks went by and still no order. I contacted PaintGem again. They told me that shipping was having major delays due to the Covid-19. (I understood) They deeply apologized, and told me I would receive a free kit for having to patiently wait for my product to arrive. I won't lie, I was a little upset because it took about 1 1/2 months to finally arrive...but...I truly knew it was not PaintGem's fault. During my waiting time, PaintGem was very helpful and respectful with my concerns and kept deeply apologizing how sorry they were but once they send it out, the shipping was out of their control. I notified them as soon as my product arrived and they still kept their word about my free kit due to my wait.I truly understand why delievery was long and know PaintGem could not do much about it. So I wanted to give them 100% Positive review (5 Stars), because they were very sincere and helpful and was fast at responding back to my messages. Also, their product is simply amazing and fun to do. My oldest gets very frustrated when doing crafts/coloring with tedious things. She usually gives up after the first 5 mins of starting but with PaintGem picture...She sat down and was working on it for about 30 mins without any frustration. I cant wait to finish our pictures so we can get more. Thank you to the people at PaintGem for being thoughtful, sincere, and kind with every message I sent you.💖 I most definitely recommend this company to anyone that likes to do "Color-By-Number" Mosaic style pictures. PaintGem has 150% satisfaction in customer service and cares about their customers.
Seeing my mother face when she got her custom kit was awesome. It did take longer then expected but with with everything going on I understand I did get frustrated a few times. But they also gave me a free kit for my inconvenience. I will order from them again
Yes as of right now shipping is taking longer then expected but I will say I won’t go anywhere else then here for personal pictures! I just got one of my best friend and I doing our favorite thing diamond painting. This one was special for me as she just past away... so I am doing one of us in something we loved to do. Thanks again! I love it!
The product took far longer to arrive than expected, even for a custom design. I was very disappointed with the shipping speed, but customer service was very understanding and responded to my concerns in a fast and polite manner. When my kits finally arrived, I was happy with the quality and I was able to get some compensation for the wait. Very good product, but I wish production was faster.
So I just wanted to comment on the customer service and quality of the kit when it finally arrived. I ordered the kit in April I believe and just received it in June, due to the corona virus and shipping being delayed. I admit I wasn’t too happy with PaintGem and wanted a refund, one thing I can say about the customer service is they were so patient with me. I’m so happy I decided to stick it out with them because I love my kit! I love the quality of the products, and love that it’s so easy to do! So it’s worth the wait and I will most definitely be ordering again, taking into consideration the package delays.
They have an amazing line of product and is very good quality compared to other sources. I strongly reccomend them. It may have taken some time to ship, but with evweyhring going on it is not their fault with everything going on. They are doing a great job at Paint Hem and I love my kits!
I love my custom picture. The long shipping times are the only reason I'm giving it three stars.. took seven weeks to get it although we are amid a global pandemic and they did send me an email saying it would be later than expected I'm hopeful that the next one I get will come quicker.
