Review Time
To be honest, as I ordered my kit on a whim from PaintGem after seeing one of their Facebook ads, I wasn’t 100% they were a legitimate retailer. But I had been looking for interesting, colorful, full-drill diamond painting kits for a while and PaintGem offered exactly those. I am giving 5 stars for the quality of the kit (Pathfinder from the Seamless collection) which arrived in perfect condition with all pieces, and for PaintGem’s customer service. My order did take over a month to come to me - for which I do not blame the retailer, a global crisis such as a pandemic makes it impossible for me to rate or otherwise condemn them on the basis of shipping speed - but PaintGem’s CS fielded all of my concerns with professionalism, patience and friendliness, and responded in a timely fashion to all my emails despite the afore-mentioned crisis. Their customer service impressed me greatly and I look forward to ordering from PaintGem in the future! (And I’m hoping they re-stock the sold-out kits from the Seamless collection someday!)
I am completely obsessed with this! It is so fun and amazingly easy to do! And for some reason if you ever have any questions the customer service is really fast. Due to COVID it took a little longer to receive, but definitely worth the wait! I recommend this to everyone I definitely order every time I complete one!
With Covid happening the delivery was delayed. This should be expected of course but I will admit, two months is not the time I was expecting. I reached out to support and while it may have taken a day or two to hear back I did always hear back! My package was finally received and everything was perfect! I have ordered from different sites before but I will certainly be ordering from PaintGem again.
My order was delivered 2 months after ordering it. But it was worth the wait. They responded to every email I sent concerning the delay. I tracked my package through the USPS site because they seem to update the status of the package before the paingem site does. Thank you Paintgem!
I saw ads on Facebook for this company and I loved it so I ordered one for me and my mother in April I want to be for her Mother’s Day gift. It kept showing that it was in Los Angeles for like two months and I got really worried thinking that I got scammed, I reached out to the company and they said because of Covid that shipping would be delayed I waited and waited and waited and finally last week I got it, it’s gorgeous and it was worth the wait!! so for others waiting.. just be patient it’s coming!
My order was placed on 4/21. I was hopeful when I received an email with tracking information on 5/4. Since then, there has been no movement on the shipment. I have requested a refund at least twice with no response so I have escalated to a PayPal claim (Paint Gem never responded). Was told that the order would be delivered on 6/13 - it wasn't. I have received no communication from customer service for over 8 days at this point. Pretty much convinced that I was scammed out of $50+. Will never buy from this company again or recommend it to anyone. Save your money.
Took over 3 months to get here sat in the same location in the US for 3 months. Asked for a refund and did not receive it wouldn't do it.Get them and they are super tiny compared to other small ones I have gotten from other companie. Was told.I would get a free painting now I had to fill out a form and nothing has happened. I would not suggest using this company.
