My kits that I ordered may have come later than expected but they are so fun and look really great when they are finished! The customer service team is also very helpful and I even got a free gift as compensation for the late shipping! I would definitely recommend!
Even though it took way longer than I would have liked, I cannot blame the company for the actions taken by the post office. So aside from that, I absolutely loooove my canvas. It couldn’t have turned out any better and I’m having so much fun doing it! 10/10 would recommend!
With the hectic world we live in my order was very late. This was at no fault of PaintGem. Their customer service has been wonderful and they have tried everything they can to keep me informed and make up for the late arrival. I will order from the again.
Ok... so my kit came EXTREMELY late. But it wasn’t PaintGem’s fault we are in a pandemic. However, the quality of my diamond kit was phenomenal. I love every part of it. I got it two weeks ago and I’m still not done lol and I work on it for hours everyday. It’s so fun and relaxing. I’m definitely buying another kit.
Just a review on my late order. Made order April 16, 2020 was worried all they May no tracking history, PaintGem was great in keeping contact with me assuring it wont show till you get your delivery. But june 12, 2020 it came, and all was packaged great. It was a big order, a custom, free painting and small stuff for kids. Thanks again, I'm working on my very first order of Eiffel Tower, it has ALOT of confetti, but almost done. They have great quality.
I just received my PaintGem kit and I think this is so cute! I did have to wait while to get it shipped to me, but so did everything else I ordered during the COVID-19 closures. I’m very excited to start putting together my image and I have already ordered my next kit so when I’m done with this image, I’ll have my next one ready. Definitely recommend this brand!
