Customer service appalling, sent 3 Emails heard nothing back, also deliver said 11/9/25 then email sent saying delivery could be over 2 days, no time scale given, until day of delivery. Not acceptable had to take 2 days off work as email started the would be a charge incurred if delivery failed or changed. So after being contacted & asked to reconsider my review & told by Lily the they would be happy to refund the delivery, Refund wasn’t processed so contacted Lily to basically be told had I reconsidered my review then they would be happy to refund the delivery in other words a small bribe, to which I declined, My review stands as it is & if the company can’t take the good with the bad without resorting to a little bribery then certainly not a company if do business with again. I have the Emails!
Terrible service i would avoid!Having to write this here on because the email address doesn't workI’m writing regarding my recent order for wood panels Order No. PH4825 and the repeated failed delivery attempts.Sunday evening (after 6 pm): I received five calls from the delivery driver stating he was outside our office. Our office hours are 8 am–5 pm, which I had already made clear.Monday: I was told the driver would re-deliver, then informed the van had broken down.Tuesday night (around 10 pm): I received another three missed calls saying he was at the office—again outside working hours.Wednesday 3 pm: The driver agreed to deliver but never arrived and has not answered any of my five follow-up calls.I have also called your main office number multiple times. The line rings out and the voicemail is full, so I’m unable to leave a message.Please can you urgently confirm:When my order will be delivered during normal office hours.What steps you are taking to ensure the delivery is completed.If delivery cannot be arranged promptly, I will need to discuss next steps, including a possible refund.I look forward to your immediate response.
I have placed an order an I never received an sms or email for order confirmation. the delyvery came at 11 PM night and left the delivery outside, missing parts not delivered becouse there was no stock from what delivery guy said, at least I had a contact number from delivery confirmation becouse the office never answer the prone. over one month now and I cannot get it sorted. 2 stars becouse at least they delivered a part from my oder and did not ignore my order at all. but becouse theres no order confirmation just makes things harder
