Nightmare from start to finish. Ordered silver panels & end trims only to be told some days later that the trims were unavailable for 6-8 weeks.Cancelled the trims and waited for delivery of panels only to be sent dark grey instead of silver. Tried several times to speak to someone regarding this but without success- every attempt no matter what time of day resulted in answer machine. As we had a fitter booked with deposit already paid we literally had to make do with what we had been sent. Dreadful company with absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Also still waiting on the refund for cancelled trims - my advice would be steer well clear.
This item arrived and it looked like something from Temu. Cheap and poor quality. Panels had chips and marks all over.Emailed the company and they haven’t replied.Seems like this company has multiple trading names all from the same warehouse .Avoid if you want a decent panel
