Visited the Keswick shop on a Friday during a long weekend away in the lakes. Instantly made to feel welcome even though we had a pram and our 4 year old inquisitive boy. Donna was amazing offering expert help and opinions which helped my wife choose a smock that she absolutely loves. We were so impressed that we returned on Monday and I bought myself a coat again With the help and guidance from Donna. No pushy sales no trying to sell us a product we don’t require it was so refreshing. Fantastic work Donna we can certainly recommend paramo Keswick
