Review Time
I had a small tear in my Páramo Alt 3 Jacket. I did not want it to get larger but wanted to take it to the Himalayas with me. I was very concerned if I put it in for repair, there was a chance I may not have it for my adventure. I wrote to the repair section of Páramo in Wadhurst who made strident efforts to take the Jacket in and repair it in time for me to use. The repair by Claire was beautiful and better than I expected and Sean was very helpful in progressing the service which I thank them both for. Thank you a great service. Guy

After many years of using Paramo clothing I was experiencing lack of water proofing on a coat so I returned it to the company asking if they could clean and reproof it. The company gave me excellent aftercare service and are turning the coat round in a week so I won’t be without my trusted Paramo jacket very long. They also gave very useful information regarding regularly cleaning and reproofing their product in the future. I can highly recommend the product and company.

And if a garment fails for whatever reason they will investigate thoroughly and do the right thing, in this case send me a brand new pair of overtrousers. Truly awesome service. However - what is perhaps as commendable as their products, is the customer service from Páramo. The personal touch towards customers is paramount to their approach. Both emails and phone calls are dealt with quickly and positively and they go out of their way to solve any issues you may have. Their customer experience administrator, Lauren, is particular praiseworthy . She is extremely professional and helpful and goes out of her way to deal with whatever query or issue you have. She’s a credit to Paramo.

Repair, replacement of zip and reconditioned treatment of my Parmo Jacket that's 16 years old! Communication was great.Advice was great too. Found some faults with my jacket I had missed. So they got fixed also. All at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the repairs. My jacket looks fabulous. Thank you Paramo.
