The customer service I received from Sean at Paramo was amazing from the outset! He couldn’t do enough to help me solve my issue and quickly organised a repair for a faulty zip. Communication was brilliant throughout and I always knew exactly what was going on. I was surprised to be notified that my jacket would be returned to me almost a month earlier than I expected it. It was a nice touch to find out the name of the individual who actually worked on my jacket - so Thank You Janet!

I had an issue with my Paramo Velez Evolution Smock, got in touch with the Paramo team, who were absolutely fantastic at sorting it out, especially considering the issues got worse! After the courier losing my jacket and Paramo swiftly sorting the situation out, I cannot commend their customer service highly enough!! Especially the likes of Katie Ring, truly a super star at her job and customer relations, if you are dealing with her then you are in good hands.

Páramo clothing provides decent quality products such as fleeces and waterproof jackets and their customer service is commendable. They handle issues promptly and offer services like repairs and replacements even for older garments. However, while their clothes often perform well in various conditions like wind and rain, certain issues have required attention, such as checking waterproofness or fixing zips. Despite these small hiccups, they generally address customer concerns effectively. Overall, the experience with Páramo is satisfactory and their team members, both in-store and in customer service, are generally helpful and professional.

In the end the repair, cleaning and reproofing was carried out free of charge and the coat was returned looking almost new. I could not have asked for better service.Special mention to Sean who was my contact with the company and whose responses reliably came the day after my posts to him and to Sue who worked on the garment on 30/10/24.
