Fantastic service. Friendly and welcoming staff. Know their stuff and can make sure you get the best fit for the best kit out there. Been using Paramo for a number of years. Best kit for your adventures from the very hot to the very cold in showers to heavy rain. Always stayed warm and dry. Also the stores sell other great products that match the Paramo brand and vision. Great to have the Paramo store in Ringwood.

Earlier this year I bought a Cascada jacket from my local Go Outdoors. After wearing it a few times my partner noticed that the hem on the back was curling upwards. I had paid cash and no longer had the receipt when I decided to contact Paramo, not really expecting that anything could be done. I was delighted when Lauren replied saying that she could tell from the serial number on the jacket that it had only been manufactured last year (2023). Lauren sent me a postage label and I returned my jacket. A few days later Lauren emailed to say that there was a fault with my jacket and promptly sent me a replacement! Throughout my issue with my jacket Lauren has replied promptly to my emails and arranged delivery to suit me. I cannot fault the excellent customer service I’ve received from Lauren and Paramo. Above and beyond! Thank you so much 😊

I returned them to the online supplier, but heard nothing - they’d gone bankrupt. After much anguish, I contacted Páramo head office and the wonderful Kate Packheiser organised and replaced the items, which arrived yesterday. They have restored my faith in humanity - thank you SO MUCH!
