My Paramo jacket (some 5 years old) had a small tear on a shoulder. Paramo agreed to repair it, free. This is the second Gillette I had from this company - first one suffered from pocket zips getting caught up in zips.I bought this to the companies attention , who supplied me with a replacement ( in good time ).However, the second replacement has began to display the same design flaw ( with the material around the zip getting. caught up .I raised this concern with them , who in turn arrange collection for further investigations.Within 3 days I was contacted to be told a repair would cost near £200 ( which for a Gillette that cost £90 ) is complete nonsense.Yet again another company selling “Premium” outdoor clothing that is not fit for purpose.

Had a Paramo fleece bought for me for my birthday sadly there was an issue with the stitching. Sent an e mail to explain the situation which was responded to very quickly. Was sent a return label to send the fleece back to them and it was fixed to a high quality almost immediately and returned! A big thanks to a quality company!

Fantastic brand but the warranty is a nightmare. Sent two jackets off at the same time, both velez light jackets both showing wear on the same section which shouldn't have been the case. It is now over a month since they were originally due to be returned having been fixed and I'm repeatedly being fobbed off with delays or people not getting back to me. £500+ worth of jackets that we haven't been able to wear since the middle of March. Free nikwax isn't good enough! Hitting the ETA is all that's wanted from the customer.

A short exchange of information to confirm which type of stud that I required and the replacement studs arrived a few days later which were easy to fit without any specialist tools. Perfect after sales service.
