if i could id rate no stars ive put a complaint forward not heard anything back want a refund took money no one was there to collect car just a mess about had to make last minute arrangements accruing more pay out of £68 doesn’t seem genuine

Used this Car park for a short stay

Used this Car park for a short stay; everything seemed fine until we arrived, it was a really dodgy car park with cars piled in, then took my keys and insisted they parked it. when we landed they refused to bring us back for the car and drop the car at me, which i thought was strange as that wasn’t the arrangement but kind, however when they brought it back by back bumper was hanging off and my light for my reg plate was hanging out. I asked about it to try and sort it and they didn’t do this, they wouldn’t tell us their names or take us back. As soon as we brought it up they walked off quickly and left us there. Topping this off we tried calling to sort it out and they said it was like it when we got there, which we absolutely knew wasn’t true. as a whole, you don’t know what they are doing to your car and how it is going to come back, the staff are rude and end the phone when you try and sort things out - do not recommended.

Can’t get worse!

Worst worst worst customer services! Lied totally during drop off and pick up. NEVER make a mistake or fall intothe trap of going with them. In addition to them telling us they will be in 30 minutes but take an hour, they have hidden parking charges for the airport where they do not mention. I will NEVER use them again!

worst ever experience never again waited over an hr on return no idea why each passenger has to pay barrier charge both entry and exit absolute rubbish service in a shoddy van will be making a complaint

SCAMMED and will be reporting these guys! DO NOT BOOK

SCAMMED and will be reporting these guys! They scammed us! They never took the car for meet and greet, they left it in the short stay car park and when we were exited on our return, we were presented with a £350 parking charge!Thank god for my brother in law who’s a lawyer. They don’t know what’s coming to them And DO NOT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THE RESPONSES they’ve given to each bad review, it’s JUST a cover up because they need customers. They’re going to be shut down very soon, just watch
