Above and beyond as always

As always, park plus has exceeded our expectations! Best pricing and reliability at JFK. I couldn't find my way with my mobile apps (used Waze and Google maps) and Kim was awesome and helpful all 3 times I called trying to figure out where I was going wrong :)

The drop off@ Newark as well as the pick up after our arrival was quick and without any problems.When I arrived @ the office to pay, I realized I had lost my Group-on. I was expecting some sort of hassle but the folks said they could look it up. They did so quickly and off we went.Great job!

Would Use Again and Again

Great option. Shuttle came quickly to pick us up. No need to call. Not far from airport and SO WORTH the money! Nice buses and nice driver. A little hard to find.

We will not use Park Plus again. There has to be better options. We were returning to Newark airport at 11pm, but our flight was delayed so we arrived at 1am instead. I called the parking place before our flight departed to let them know we were delayed (we had two cars at Park Plus). They said it wasn't a problem just call when we land, which I did. There were 7 of us waiting for the Park Place shuttle to get our car at 1:15am. The shuttle didn't come, we waited for 20 minutes, I called again and they said the driver had already come and left because we weren't there. Then when the driver finally arrived, he complained because there were 7 of us with 7 pieces of luggage. Then when we finally got to our car, the ticket they gave us to exit the lot wouldn't open the gate. No one seemed remotely interested in helping us. It was way too much aggravation; their customer service is quite poor at 1-2am.

Affordable but problematic.

Had difficulties during pick up. They did not come to the pick up area they specified for us to stand at. They drove by twice at a different area, barely stopping, too far away to hear our shouts, too quick to have enough time for us to cross over to the other area to let them know where we were. We had to wait another 15 minutes for another van to come for us, who then again, still pulled up at the wrong area. We barely made it across the island in time to let him know where we were. He said,' oh sometimes we pull up here too'. Well when you have children and 4 bags of luggage you can't just run across to a different area very quickly. We finally got back to the parking lot to get the car. There were definitely a few new scratches on my car that I had never seen before, and the car wash we paid for was just ok, lot's of dirty spots and neglected areas inside of the car. Disappointing and frustrating service.
