Review Time
I've been using Park Plus for over 3-4 years now, once if not twice every month..... Pro's: 1. the employees are great, especially Danny... 2. service is fast and efficient....Con's: 1. Recently prices went up to their competitors level, and in some cases above it... 2. location is a bit hard to find if you're a first time user, and even if not - making that sharp turn (depending on the direction you're coming from) requires some driving skills ;-> Recommendations: 1. If I ordered and paid on line - just charge the card and leave the receipt/keys in the car (like you used to do at the beginning)... don't make me leave my suitcases unattended and go into the office just to get my keys... (especially in cold, snowy, rainy days...) 2. Would like to see an android app to make/change reservation, and signal a pickup once I'm back in EWR and ready to pick up (and hopefully get an ETA for the pickup). 3. With the new location opened at RT 1&9, you should make that your 'incoming' location (as it's an easier drop off) instead of the back road to Bessemer.
I am a huge Park Plus fan. You have been my exclusive parking service for the last 5 years. Whenever I talk about customer service, I hold your organization up as a shining example of how to do it right. I've never been asked to write a review for you until now, a week after a terrible experience with your company. Due to my flight coming it at 1:00 in the morning, I requested the one way, "deliver my car" pick-up, thinking it would get me home and in bed 15 minutes faster. Wrong. The dispatcher did not have me on the delivery list and when a driver was eventually found, he went to the wrong terminal. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for my car...not the experience you want to have after a cross-country flight and after paying extra money for a specialty service.Out of loyalty to the company, the next day I sent you an email describing the experience...not as a complainer, but as a supportive customer who felt obligated to let you know that you dropped the ball. I never got a response back from anyone.If I was rating the other dozen times I've used your service, each experience would be 5+ stars. I will continue to be a loyal customer and don't want to judge based on 1 bad experience. I hope you can figure out how to make sure no customer has to experience this again.
From reservation to return this was an excellent service. We were expected and whisked off to our departure airline quickly. When we called upon return, the shuttle arrived quickly and our car was ready and waiting for us to jump in and drive away (after paying, of course). J
