BE VERY CAREFUL

BE VERY CAREFUL - their website is misleading !!! Amenities have a check mark for parking but confirmation letter says 0 days parking. They try to rip you off! When you call, of course the rate increases dramatically with parking. Be very careful.

Terrible booking site

Terrible booking site. We booked a park/sleep/cruise package in Miami.Received a confirmation saying the hotel had received our reservation and was expecting us. After a long day of driving when we were waiting in line to check in at the hotel, park/sleep/hotels called us and said the hotel was full and couldn’t accommodate us. I would highly recommend NOT using this company to book a hotel. Very unhappy with their service.

Terrible booking site

Terrible booking site. We booked a park/sleep/cruise package in Miami.Received a confirmation saying the hotel had received our reservation and was expecting us. This is a very bad company I made a reservation months before my trip. When I went to confirm my reservation I found of park hotels never paid my deposit to the hotel I was going t be staying at. I called to ask them why and they lied and stated they had. hen I told then the hotel had stated they had not they got upset. A few minutes latter I got an email that they had cancelled my reservation. I never asked them to cancel my reservation and they never told me they ere cancelling my reservation. So when they got caught stealing my money they got mad and retaliated by cancelling my reservation and never even refunded my deposit. My croaked company with very poor morals never ever use them. They rip you off and retialte against you.

I booked my hotel today for a stay…

I booked my hotel today for a stay tomorrow but had a change of plans and had to cancel after 4:00 P.M. I called and spoke with Carrie who was extremely helpful. She took my information, called the hotel and was able to cancel, then called me back all within 15 minutes and was also able to cancel my deposit with PSH with a FULL REFUND for everything. I felt she went above and beyond and will definitely use them in the future!

I booked my hotel today for a stay tomorrow but had a change of plans and had to cancel after 4:00 P.M. I called and spoke with Carrie who was extremely helpful. She took my information, called the hotel and was able to cancel, then called me back all within 15 minutes and was also able to cancel my deposit with PSH with a FULL REFUND for everything. I felt she went above and beyond and will definitely use them in the future!

I would give it no stars but had to…

I would give it no stars but had to give it one or I couldn’t write a review. Although I understand that it is the hotel that cancels when they are full or overbooked and that sometimes Park, Sleep, Hotels doesn’t get notified until after the booking is made, it is very bad business on the booking website to leave you high and dry. They call to tell you your reservation has to be cancelled but offer no compensation for your inconvenience. They should book you another hotel with the same requirements and absorb the difference in the cost if necessary. It is beyond upsetting when you have made a reservation and then find out that you have been cancelled because of their incompetence. A reservation should never be booked and given an ID number which is confirmation that you have booked and a deposit is withdrawn from your credit card when there is no availability. Their lack of competence, failure to solve the issue and their sorry but nothing we can do attitude is unacceptable. Will mot be dealing with them ever again!!!!!!
