Just hope your part works.

Placed an order for a dishwasher part to replace a leaking intake. Received the part and installed, and the new one was leaking in the same way.Requested support from help@ and received no response.Submitted a ticket, and received a request for more info. Sent a video detailing the issue and received no response after multiple follow-ups. Filed a review as requested by order follow-up email expressing the concerns. No response.Submitted a return request with no response.I'm sure it's fine if your part works, but no support if it doesn't.

Poor shipping service

For a tiny, lightweight, plastic part that I ordered an amount was added for "shipping" that was more than enough to send it by the Postal Service's 3-Day Priority Mail. Instead it was mailed by slow "ground" service and took several days. The retailer pocketed the difference, which was several dollars. Not nice at all, sorry to have to say.

The sales rep was great

The sales rep was great; he was both knowledgeable of the product and very helpful in searching the mfg's literature to help me understand how things went together. He was excellent; I made note of his name for any possible future needs but can't find it at the moment- I believe it was Chris.

Excellent video showing the water valve repair steps

The website made it easy for me to confirm I was buying the correct water valve with guard for my GE fridge model, and the video showing me how to replace it was excellent! This was first for me to try to repair a refrigerator and it was not hard at all. Received sufficient emails communicating order and shipping status.
