They had the part I needed in stock. This is the second time that the drawer support broke, and the second time EAP supplied the part. Both were in a very timely way. That it was in stock tells me this is probably a popular part (It breaks frequently, I'd guess.) But service was fast, and I thank them.
Ordered Easy Appliance recommended control board for my Maytag fridge after entering model number. Had to secure another service to find out Easy Appliance had recommended the wrong control board and the control boards can't be returned if ever installed. What should have been an easy DIY project resulted in loss of half of items in my fridge and my icemaker won't work because it is the wrong control board. My adivice, hire a reputable repair service and let them deal with inaccurate information from parts suppliers.
