Review Time
I placed an order and the company sent me the completely wrong order. I called and I was told no one was there to answer my call numerous times. I sent numerous emails and have not received one response and it’s been almost 2 weeks, since I have initially reached out to the company to send me the part that I ordered.
Ordered first time for a dishwasher drain pump and Part Select was quick with shipping & delivery. However, on my 2nd order for refrigerator repair parts, my order was "lost in shipping" although to me, it looks like UPS never got it. After trying to get help for several days, I finally got an agent to replace my order (FYI: they will refund you then charge you again) but this time, due to the delays by Part Select, I had to pay for express shipping... they wouldn't cover it!
After 3 failed attempts through Amazon trying to get the correct parts for my washer I decided to try Easy Appliance Parts. Web site was easy to navigate!
