I didn't choose to join this company. A card payment appeared on my statement! There's nowhere to unsubscribe or contact Patreon. The only good reviews are from green stars, probably people who work for Patreon. And when I tried to contact one of them, well, would you believe it! ..... ... oops! couldn't connect. Please try later.It all smacks of scam. I want my money back.
Easy to contribute to creators and change/cancel/manage any of those payments, as well as easy to receive money from others by being a creator! I pledged to various creators for about 2 years, and have changed or cancelled payments as I wished to change my support easily. Now I also have a creator account and love being able to offer exclusive content and my time to those that support me that is not available anywhere else! Love this site and it's consistently been great!
Patreon charged me twice out of nowhere despite the fact that I am not a new customer but have already been working with them for a while, I emailed customer support. Haven't heard anything back from them. To prevent this from happening again, I removed my card and added PayPal; at least that way I have some form of buyer protection.

I HAVE PAID FOR A SUBSCRIPTION TO AN ARTIST THIS WAS MADE AORUND THE 22TH OF THE MONTH AFTER A WEEK I DECIDE IT WAS NOT WORTH IT SO I CANCEL IT, GUESS WHAT AFTER THE FIRST OF THE MONTH I WAS NOT ABLE TO ACCESS TO THE CONTENT ANYMORE TO THE CONTENT EVEN IF I PAID FOR A FULL MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO I COULD USE THE CONTENT ONLY FOR 8 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIEVES IF I PAY FOR A MONTH YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME ACCESS FOR A MONTH NO MATTER IF I STARTED AT THE END F THE MONTH!!!!!!!!!!! DHISONEST THEIVES!!!!!!!!! WHEN YOU DO A SUBSCRIPTION PRICE ARE QUOTEDBY THE MONTH SO YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME A FULL MONTH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been a patron for 2 years, and find them excellent at supporting two creators.I has no trouble at all making changes to my pledges, and deleting one of them when I didn't receive an expected benefit. That was the creator's fault, not Patreon's.I don't understand why others are having problems. Could their complaints be politically motivated?
I agree with the below Reviews. It is impossible to unsubscribe. There was a period of 4 months where I was getting no service from any the creators and I couldn't stop billing. Pay pal was of no help stopping the payments were trying to get a refund.
It's good for supporting creators, but whenever it comes to unsubscribing to maybe one, and how they setup their horrible subscription service is actually ridicilous, try to support your content creators some other way, it's completely mental how big this site is and how the people running it are literal apes
