Creators avoid

Customer services don't respond. As a creator I came across a copyright theft issue. I notified Patreon and they ignored it. For a creator centred platform that's a big sin. I'm sure some of my money has disappeared, but in true Patreon style, they've not responded to my concerns.Creators avoid

Customer Service staff are unresponsive or poorly informed

Customer Service staff are unresponsive. It takes days to receive any response. Several times, the content of the response is that the problem is on my end, not theirs. Verification SMS sometimes don't happen at all, though the site says it is sending them when I try to log in. I get no email notice when they are going to "close the ticket," but when I follow up, they say, "oh, we closed that ticket," as an explanation for why the problem was not solved. For my last problem, they gave a pat answer blaming my settings (already correct so not the problem) or my email service (when in fact I'm not having problems from any other subscriptions). I respect a company when it can say something like, "we're having technical difficulties with log ins (or whatever the issue is). We'll get back to you soon with a solution." I sense that the staff prioritizes ending of the call / contact over solving the problem. When a call is ended with no resolution by putting it in the customer's lap without exploring what might really be going on, it is extremely frustrating. My guess is that they have poor technical support for finding flaws in the website and correcting them, so simply try to shut down the complainant. I want to support my creators; it should be the chore that it is with Patreon.

there is not a company that is shittier and has worse customer support than this one, I opened an account in 10 hours closed.I have supplied them with all the relevant information, still closed, no explanation.Adios, I hope they go bust.

Non-existent customer service

Worst company ever with the worse customer care team! I believe there is no such thing as a customer care or customer service as it's non-existent one. I've changed to a desktop and also changed my phone and my mobile operator. I've submitted the ticket to have my account restored and two factor to be disabled from my account so I can access it. It's been 2 months now, nobody came back to my ticket. Such a company with non-existent customer service! Don't DON'T EVER use Patreon for making business!

They stoled money away from me

They stoled money away from me, because they find "suspicious" activity in my account and suspended my earning, till that moment i had $225 to tranfer to a paypal account, all my susbcribers could see my content for free and i dindn´t earn a single penny, when i get able to transfer the money, my statement were in $0 they said it was because "front end charging" and offer me no solution, saying in support that this is as is and had no way back.

Definitely avoid the Scribbles Suicide Page. If you pay for the higher tiers you get none of what you are supposed to get. Just a con.

New world order - The subscription service

They are anti freedom and apparently will kick off anyone they want even if you are a run of the mill weatherman. They tried to keep charging me for a channel I was subscribed to that they deleted as well. I have a feeling a class action lawsuits is in the near future. Stay far from this site. Use newplatform2 or gumroad instead!

They charge me $10 on my Wells Fargo…

They charge me $10 on my Wells Fargo Visa card. I never heard of them, They sent me nothing to so state they were charging me .They are just "garden variety" scum and I am meeting with the DAon Monday.On my VISA activity their name was "declined to state"

I signed up to Patreon to assist in my own creative work, and was immediately banned with my account disabled. I never even got the verification email and they had disabled my account. When I asked about it, Patreon demanded my full legal name, a copy of my provincial ID card, my banking information, my ISP and router number, the serial number for my computer and five social media accounts "to verify my identity." You don't give that sort of thing out to any legitimate entity, and I don't even have social media so how am I supposed to do this?The local police were notified and said that Patreon's email and the website itself reeked of a scam and I have forwarded their email onto the RCMP to report them for fraud.
