I’ve been involved with Payback since May 22nd 2024. Since my first phone I experienced very concerned & caring people. They knew exactly what I was going through. They made me feel I was in the right place to get help. My caseworker Shayna Rabin has been tenacious! Her team has kept in touch with follow up calls every week without fail. No funds have been recovered yet, but I know that it will happen & they won’t give up until they have success. In these times of great scams & organized fraudsters operating all over the world, it’s very reassuring there is a company out there that is leading the way to fraud recovery of all types. Very strange that nearly all the good reviews of this company are written in the last month! All 5 star reviews written here at almost the same time seems very suspicious!I have been struggling to get any communication from Payback for months and months and it has been almost a year since I started this procedure with them. Ridiculously slow and I truly wish I had never put my money with them and just had some closure on the scam.I am getting nowhere.
In Payback i've met only polite and educated people. They are always next to you to support you not only professionally but also emotionally. They never give up and with their letters try to achieve an alternative dispute resolution convenient for you.My case manager is always there to advise and support me. Last time we discussed, i told her i know my case is difficult, and she answered me that i promise you we will never quit unless you get your money back. I don't want to prettify things and i know how difficult my case is, but payback people are optimistic as far as regards the final outcome and i am too.
I would like to write that I had doubts working with PayBack since I didn’t want to be scammed again. But after pleasant and reassuring onboarding everything went smoothly. I have been appointed a person who was responsible for my case and kept reminding me to do my part of the job. After a few months I was able to receive payback/compensation from the company I was deceived from. We still have another ongoing process.
