Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Signed up a couple months ago to get funds back after theft and they have answered every email since. We are still working on get the funds back, not a easy task, and they have been more than helpful and informative on making this happen. Hopefully nightmare over soon!

I have been scammed by my film online…

I have been scammed by my film online with certain amount of money. I lost hope to reward this money . However, I have contacted payback and I’m extremely happy that I did . They are on top of everything and follow up with me on weekly basis. I’m optimistic that I will get that money back. I’m extremely satisfied with their work . Gil Morgan is My case manager. He is a great man. Gentleman, professional, discipline, and on top of his work . We are still working on the case, but I’m lucky to know such a person like him. Thanks payback and Gil Morgan certainly very being helpful and honest .

Payback has been a great company to deal with and I am so glad to have found them and that they have taken me under their wing. Their support is of the utmost almost perfect and reaching out to them or them reaching out to me is never an issues. My representative there Gil Belman has been more that 100% supporting to me I can’t say enough to that. He’s always reaching out to me and keeping me informed as to what is coming and what to expect and just at times to checking. And say “Hi” which I really appreciate that and am aware that I am not the o ly customer but they take me one on one every time and are they any time I need them which is a very good secure feeling. Totally recommend payback and their support is second to none. Picture perfect really !!!

Hadar is the best!!

Hadar is the best!!! I have great hope and expectations that I will get some of my money back and even hope that I may get all of it back. Hadar makes all the communication very easy to understand and follow and helps me whenever I have a question. Always communicates with me and is clear on where we are and what moves to make. So far all is great and let's see what the results we get so we can both be successful in this situation.
