I strongly recommend you do not deal with this company. If you were scammed out of crypto, the likelihood is extremely large that you will never get it back. However, this company, which I approached in the hope they might be able to help, charge me for their services, after claiming that 99% of their recovery efforts were successful. They then traced some of the crypto I lost but never managed to identify anyone. They produced letters that I then had to send to various financial institutions who had at some point held the money and who, according to Payback could be held partly accountable for me being scammed. This literally went on for several years, with very long periods of silence in between the occasional emails saying they were still working on the case. It was all a total waste of time, money and energy.
I really and truly appreciate the frequent contact with my agent; he’s open and truthful with all what’s going on. Today’s AI criminals by far exceed the ability of counter of the official law enforcement police. All my hopes are in Zev and payback, if they can’t do it nobody can.
Very good experience thus far. The case is still open. Amy, my case manager, and the entire team have been very communicative and guided me well throughout this tedious process. I have full trust in them and hope to be successful in recovering my losses. They are very knowledgeable regarding the steps that need to be taken to be successful. I feel safe in their hands. I feel hopeful.
The team that helps me has been very supportive and thorough in their investigation. They are doing everything in their power to help me get my funds back. It’s a long an arduous process but, I feel I’m the end we will prevail.

Kira Rayner - my case account manager is great with declaring any of the issues and leading me towards the next move.
