D not use them for Crypto scams. I was a victim of a crypto scam and have no one to blame but myself. Out of desperation I reached out to Payback and their sales person told me that he also suffered the same thing and because they helped him and got his bitcoins back. This is why I used their services, shortly after I realised that they don't have experience with this type of scam and are just fumbling their way through it. A year of writing random letters to org.s that didn't respond. They ended up closing the case and didn't have any outcome, I recently finally got a response from Coinbase requesting information and when I went back to Payback for them to help. They just responded sorry we have closed this case and good luck.
I have a great deal of respect and thankfulness for the way this company operates. Their customer service is great and I am always in the loop when it comes to their direction and planned actions. My questions are answered in a very professional manner and in my opinion I have had an amazing exerience to date.
From our first conference call, while they said all the right things, I was skeptical. Many companies have big goals and make promises but provide less than stellar results. Payback and especially my account manager Amy Norris, where there every step of the day with guidance, instructions and any support I needed. The Best part is their work worked!! I had 4 different companies that they / we went after and within a matter of relativity short period of time I had 10k+ BACK in my bank account. They are not stopping there and we will continue to pursue all vendors involved. I strongly recommend using Payback for all of your needs.
After 3 cases $4200 dollars, 2 years. Nothing. In one case they didn't even know where to send the documents to argue my case. Did they offer me money back, after a waste of time and money, NO. Still no refund. No money recovered . I have to report this company.
In heavy moment after realising that I was scamed , with mixed feeling of anger and sadnes, wondering on internet trying to find any help I read that Pay back is highly recomended company. On the very day of sending my inquiry they called me back and comfirted me saying that they will help me in getting back my money . They used knowledge and experience, they were very eficient, almoust complete amount of money I gott back. It is nice to know that are people who can help in heavy moments.
I have been a client of this company for last 9 months. There are several different account managers during this period. They have been informed me every week regarding my case. I lost entire my savings and stock account. So far, there is some hope to get some money back. Soon I get my money back, I will update the review.
This case has been going on for nearly 3 years and i have had 3 case managers and the problem now is communication via phone the number i used previously unavailable there website seems to be under maintenance for US residences but sadly im in Australia and e-mails are not getting answered and i have had this same issue before but i get told im the only one that has this problem. Does anybody else have a number in Australia that i can use to contact them its becoming very frustrating.
Promised time at early first conversation for solving my case was 3 to 6 months, now is 9 months. As was explained the reason is in institutions who take longer time. This is understandable for me. Hope my case will be succesfuly ended soon. Manager Mrs. Hadar is working very professional all the time.
