Review Time
I ordered a pair of mens 11 shoes on sale. Received a 7.5. The return deducts a service fee from the cost of the shoe ($6) and doesn't pay my original shipping. So, a $50 purchase (total) will yield $33 credit. For their error. Customer service number is non-functional and brings you to a bunch of non-clothing deals (eg hearing aides, etc). Rather than accept a $33 credit for $51 spent, I've given the shoes to a co-worker for her son. When life gives you lemons (you and your company), make lemonade.
I order a jacket and pants that were on sale. It turns out the jacket was out of stock so they only shipped the pants and refunded me for the jacket (which including removing my promo code) without noticing me about it, I guess they just decided it was the way to go.So I end up paying way too much for dress pants I won’t have any jacket to fit with. Their costumer support is an absolute joke, they won’t refund anything, I can ship the pants back but the shipping is on me. I asked for a different jacket size that appears in stock, but they told me their website is misleading and they don’t have it in stock. Their last offer ? A promo code of 20% (which I already had and they removed when they made changes to my order)
On 12/28/2025 I ordered two shirts. There was no mention of stock issues. I paid $19.99 for expedited shipping which it states on their site is a 2 business day delivery. I received one of the shirts on 1/2/2026, four business days later and the other shirt was never shipped. However, on their site it clearly shows both shipped. I also received several emails mentioning the "last item" shipped.It's all incredibly misleading at best. If there is stock issues why not clearly show the item is out of stock before allowing a transaction to go through?I've heard nothing about a refund on the expedited shipping.I was a first time customer and received that kind of treatment, obviously, there will not be a next time even though I was told to come back in a week and try to reorder the second shirt and they'd ship it free as a refund gesture.
