I am extremely frustrated with this company. I made a purchase nearly two months ago, and I still have not received my items. Initially, I was informed that my order was lost in transit. Your company offered to resend the same products at no additional cost, which I appreciated at the time. However, the replacement shipment has now also failed to arrive as promised. It was scheduled for delivery on Saturday but never showed up. When I checked the tracking, it was updated to say it would arrive today. The day has now passed, and once again, nothing was delivered. This ongoing lack of reliability and communication is very disappointing. Customers should not have to chase down orders for months. I expect a clear explanation and immediate resolution.
