The representative assigned to our case was given all necessary details, including images of the card and transaction records, but we have not received any updates or resolutions. The prolonged delay and poor communication are very frustrating. A straightforward refund should not take this long, especially since all required documents have already been provided. We expect the company to take accountability and address this issue promptly.

Unfair Charges and Poor Service

I switched providers due to exorbitant bills and had my tanks picked up. I received a bill for $249.99 but didn’t get reimbursed for the roughly $300 worth of fuel left in the tanks, and they also took my regulator and concrete slabs. I contacted several companies in the area, and they all refund for unused fuel in tanks, unlike this one.

Unpleasant Interaction with Cashier

On November 28th at 9:45 PM, I went to the location to replay my lottery tickets. The cashier mistakenly calculated my amount as $17 instead of $20. When I pointed this out, he responded with an attitude, telling me to count it myself. He didn't even apologize upon realizing his error, which I found quite rude. Aren't cashiers supposed to be polite and respectful?

Concerns Over Password Reset Process

I called the help center because I forgot my password, and they asked for my bank card number to reset it. I find it concerning to share my bank details with anyone else. It feels like a scam, and I question whether management is unaware or complicit. I strongly advise against sharing bank information with them.

Suspicious Behavior from Attendant

On November 22, 2025, I preauthorized $50 at a pump, but when I went inside for my receipt, the attendant insisted I hadn't paid and tried to charge me again. After I raised my voice, the receipt suddenly printed, showing I had already been charged. I no longer trust this attendant with my card and left without making any further purchases. The company needs to investigate this incident thoroughly.

Poor Facilities and Maintenance

This location consistently lacks printing paper at the pump. The car wash area is often dirty and frequently closed for repairs. Inside the car wash, the equipment is excessively loud and seems to damage vehicles. I have no desire to return to this location.
