Fast turnaround on support issues

I made a mistake creating my pet's ESA profile and when I emailed support, I expected to hear back in days, not less than an hour. The instructions sent were very helpful and I had the problem fixed in no time. Amazing support from customer service and Courtney in particular. Thank you!

Awful!!

Awful!!! Look up the overwhelming number of lawsuits they are up against for discrimination and theft! It is overwhelming. They do not have a number you can contact as a renter and there is absolutely no way these reviews are real.

Kristin and Kristena = Awesome!

I needed someone to explain to me exactly how PetScreening worked so I could provide reassurance to one of our clients who was quite guarded about their privacy. I asked for advice from the company not really expecting much but not only did Kristin e-mail me with a detailed explanation the very next morning, she even offered to have a company rep contact our client so they could explain the procedure themselves! This is where I really thought they went above and beyond. I can only assume Kristena did a great job clarifying things for my client because they agreed to work with PetScreening that same day. I am sure my cautious client especially appreciated hearing the information directly from the company themselves.
