My car keys had stopped talking to my car and I couldn't gain access. I rang Phoenix and the quick and efficient manner in which they dealt with me was very reassuring. Hannah came and reprogrammed my keys in no time. She is very caring and helpful and I immediately felt reassured that I had called the right company to deal with this. The service I got was nothing short of excellent - have put their number on my phone for future use.
Lost my car key outside my hotel 600 miles from home early on a saturday morning. Never a fun experience. This company is fantastic, were able to find me a great locksmith (Sebastian near Watford) who came within 40 minutes. It was clear communication from when I first made the call, then over text and whatsapp, followed through with a check in this afternoon to make sure everything went okay. Everything was sorted for me within 2 hours for £350. Up in scotland we were quoted £575 when I lost my key last year (found it in the couch tho lol thankfully). So that was a relief as unexpected costs are always painful. I also now have a new fancy key with buttons and have said goodbye to my duck taped mangled thing thats gone for good 😂 Thank you so much Phoenix team and Sebastian for your support and communication today. I rang this company in a desperate state. I was due to check out of my holiday and I lost my keys! I rang a number of companies and Miles was able to help with a replacement key! Unfortunately, due some technical issues they could open my car but not replaced my key.. this was of course disappointing - however the blow was made so much easier as due to the issues Miles issued me a refund in full! This was of course a really lovely gesture despite the locksmith coming out!! Thank you Miles and Craig! A wonderful service and despite the issue not being resolved!! Thanks again! From a stressed out mum trying to leave her holiday with a 2 year old with no car.
This company was amazing today! Last night our key broke at a stop over on route to Edinburgh. This morning called several companies, several never answered phone or called back and several who advised of a wait of 7/10 days to order a replacement even though explaining we were stranded on M6 services. I spoke to Miles who understood the issue he called around and was able to book me in with a local car locksmith within 10min. Understandably had to wait until they could squeeze us in, but the guy came. I got old key repaired and a new one in less the 30min and was on my journey. Can not believe you were able to help us so we could carry on our journey. Very professional highly recommend and reasonably priced. Thankyou
Can’t thank you enough for your speedy service , my car key had broken and I had no spare available, phone answered and within minutes I felt completely at ease . Within a short time a lovely locksmith arrived at my home & an hour later I had 2 new remote keys. 1st class 5 star ⭐️ I’d highly recommend.
I made the call to Phoenix on an emergency basis (no answer) but within seconds they called me back and even apologised for my missed call (I did try 2 others with no avail but it took them a whole lot longer to call me back) when Phoenix arrived they were cheerful friendly and above all they made me feel calmer. They got to work straight away with their little ingenious tools, and I was in the car. They even went above the normal job to actually jump start my car for me as the battery was dead, and that's why I couldn't get n my car.. Kelly was very helpful on the phone, made a payment upfront for a replacement key and their locksmith was out to me on the same morning even though I wasn’t in an emergency situation. Great service all round. Phoenix car keys will be the first call I make in future.
