Amazing friendly service from start to finish. I’d call around 10 companies before phoning Phoenix Car Keys, but no one could help. I was worried my son would be stranded after losing his car keys, especially as it was a Sunday. When Kelly said she could help, it was a huge relief. She kept in contact throughout, even after the engineer had arrived. Her customer service approach was not only professional but personal, it really felt like she cared. Thank you Kelly, for helping make a stressed mums day easier. You can’t put a price on the type of service Kelly provided, she went above and beyond.
A new experience, not being able to get into your car, cautious about the solution, didn’t need to be, people were clear, concise and open. Harrison turned up dead on time looking very sporty and promptly did what it said on the can! I was back in under 20 minutes. Many thanks to all involved. Peter
They charged me an upfront payment of their own choice, and without receiving any services when I called them for the refund, they attempted to withhold my money and acted extremely unprofessionally. Over email, they claimed not to have received the payment despite it was clearly debited from my account. When I raised the issue with my bank, these people sent WhatsApp messages full of lies and blocked my number without even allowing me to respond. Such a shameless and terrible level of service.Updating the review to address the reply:1) It was never mentioned that the £54 advance payment was non-refundable, either in the email or during the phone call. This can be verified via your call records.2) I was told on the same call that my payment would be refunded. However, when I emailed about it on 20 December, I received this reply: 'The refund was processed immediately, but as we had not received the payment from your bank, it shows as a canceled transaction. Please contact your bank to resolve it.' Was this a blatant lie?3) After I raised the issue as a dispute with my bank, I was contacted via WhatsApp on 4 January stating the amount couldn't be refunded—despite earlier claiming it was never received. Then, my number was blocked. A shocking display of unprofessionalism and dishonesty.
Let me down massively avoid at all costs. Got booked in to be seen at 12. Half 3 i began to panic, rang the company to be fed a load of lies and to be told no one was coming. Ended up having to get a taxi home and leave my van behind due to their incompetence.
Fraud, Don’t waste your time. I paid £168 (their fee)to get my keys fixed for my jaguar xkr. I was told on the phone if they can’t do the job they will refund the money. They sand the lock smith to come and fix my keys. The guy had no idea what he was doing and i had to pay he £90 his own fee and he also told me, they will refund my £168 deposit. I call them as soon as he left and I told them I would like my refund and they refused and the lady she was very rude. Telling to message on WhatsApp. Disgusting service
Due to personal stupidity i found myself locked out if my car with no way of gaining entry. After ringing round and getting nowhere i called Phoenix and spoke to a helpful guy who tried to help me over the phone but it was useless so he sent a guy to me and in 40 minutes it was all sorted. Fabulous.
The worst service i have ever had in my life i called up these guys and spoke to Miles and told him specifically i want the guy to come around 18:30 for lost key replacement and they gave me SHAUN the locksmith whom i chat with and he said he can come in early and i told him i will not be around and he said its fine i will drop the keys in the letter box when he is done.After couple of hours i called him to find out of he has done the job to my surprise he said he went and didnt do the job because the office gave him wrong information because he thot he was going to do spare key and i called the office to have the job done and they said SHAUN will come and i called him up to find out if he is coming and he said i am already at home i cant come but i spoke to him earlier for the job to be done at night when i am around and he just hung up on me and i called the office again fraustrated and they said they goin to send another guy and they gave out his number within 10 mins i got a message saying he cant make it because he doesnt have specific tools for the job but he is a locksmith and they open 24 hours .I called MILES again then he said he will send someone tomorrow and i said its fine and that someone is going to be SHAUN and i said its fine because i wanted my car to be done and they said he is coming at 11am ,around past 11am i tried to ring up SHAUN and he did not answer and i called BEN he said he will ring him and get back to me wthin a few seconds not minutes and after 20 good minutes i called them back and he said sorry i forgot to ring him let m ring him and get back to you and he never did and i had to call him back again only to be told NO they cant do the job and to think i turned down the other company who were goin to do the job for me .Why do you take our monies if you can not do the job and now i have to wait several days for my refund this has being the worst customer experience ever and they are the most selfish company ever to think of what if i was stranded at night and you say you offer 24/7 service with this pathetic service and WORD of ADVICE take your employees MILES,BEN and SHAUN for customer experiance courses because thats not the way to treat clients
I stupidly locked my keys in the boot of my car. Got hold of Phoenix Car Keys and within 2 hours I was back on the road!! Friendly and courteous service and the locksmith was out and heading to my address within 10 mins of my paying the fee. I am so impressed with the speedy service and would happily recommend and use again (hoping I won't need to of course lol) Thanks so much I am very relieved!!
