I locked myself out of my BMW 1 series and other than Phoenix Car Keys, my next best option seemed to be getting my car towed to BMW garage and getting them to make me a new key. Which would have cost an obscene amount if money. Whilst Phoenix wasn't cheap cheap, it was a significantly better option. So much so that I was concerned it was a scam if I'm honest. I was in panic this Sunday when my car alarm kept going off and the remote wouldn't open the car. I tried my break down company who were no help and wanted me to pay call out fee to come out before randomly calling Phoenix Car Keys. Mr Miles helped me step by step on the phone and sent me pictures to locate the manual key. He told me my keys were okay but my car battery was flat...which was true and he didn't charge me even after I offered to pay. Thank you for your help Mr Miles. Very professional and knowledgeable would definitely recommend to everyone and I'd use again if needed.
From the get go a great experience.Kelly the lady on the other side of the phone was courteous, polite, chirpy and very professional.The same can be said of the engineer who came out to my address to do me two keys.Also Kelly rang a couple of hours later to ask me how it went , so great after sales service too.Both keys worked , tried them several times and used them to drive with.They did the job of the original key.
