They do not communicate nor do they explain what’s going on they don’t have any care whatsoever about the situation they leave people in. They also take money up front not explaining how much they will charge for a call out fee and leave you blind they also take days to call you back when you ask for refund. The two guys they sent out to me was very unfriendly and unprofessional swearing infront of an 3 year old child

Our granddaughter accidentally locked her car keys and her 9 month old son in her car. I phoned Phoenix Car Keys who very efficiently and speedily arranged for Shaun to leave a job and attend to us (as Oscar our great grandson was locked in the car)Shaun travelled the 6+ miles, in rush-hour traffic, to our location and arrived well within the estimated time.
