I've lost my key in a remote area on the coast and Phoenix have arranged for a technician to arrive faster than any other company in the area, which were either closed or couldn't reach me, all while giving me his number to have updates on the ETA. Very convenient and impressive service.
It was my first time to lose my car keys and I couldn’t believe it. I was devastated and I am supposed to have a client meeting in 4 hours but Phoenix saved me. Nissan qashqai was so hard to open up and thankfully they have licensed pro key locksmith to open the car and they were able to program it so quickly. It was worth it for sure even if it’s expensive. I’d say I will definitely recommend them again.
Keys locked Inside the car - Stranded Outside the car with my disabled Mum ! Phoned Phoenix - on a Sunday - deffo emergency... Dan was Brilliant, communicated back n forth to get the quickest Response, even tho he was short staffed ! He managed to juggle things & got Shaun to us within 1.5 hrs - godsend ! By the time we even realised Shaun had arrived in the carpark - he'd already got in & retrieved our Keys - Amazing !!! Great communication from start to finish & Top job by both guys 😊👍 ...was costly at the time, but the professionalism proved worthy 🙏 Thankyou !
