Paid over £400 to have my Landrover discovery rekeyed. Over 24hrs later no contact or time or date to organise getting the key replaced. Had to call again in order to try getting a time or date. I spoke to a very RUDE employee who said that they were not going to be at my beck and call just because I paid them money only WISH they had said that BEFORE taking my money. Date was set for Saturday the February 1, only for the key cutter to claim they are not coming until the following Tuesday February 4. I Reported rude employee to the director of the company who promised to personally return my call the following day. She DID NOT she had the RUDE employee return the call instead who was STILL DISMISSIVE so I didn’t waste my time speaking with them any further. NOW I CAN SEE WHY i received such a shabby service. It always starts from the top.I WOULD AVOID THEM and go somewhere else where they are polite and respectful and donot tell lies and are more professional. Save yourself the hassle and stress.
Shut the boot on my ranger and automatically locked rang phoenix explained the situation and explained i needed to be at another job urgently the engineer Karl was out within an hour and had me back in my vehicle within 8 mins very impressive company and Karl was amazing highly recommended
Very very happy customer, phoenix got me booked in very fast indeed, from point of contact to the car key guys departure was amazing, the key cutting chap was very friendly, happy, and highly knowledge able in his work, and very fast in his works, full attention to detail. If anyone loses a key I highly recommend phoenix for a key replacement service. Was also very well priced, I didn't look about just took the first company from Google, irrelevant the price was amazing,quality of work amazing, first contact with customer services amazing. Very professional team overall.
Brought a car recently which was meant to be all good, however I got home and the key wouldn't turn in the ignition, I could access vehicle just no electrics or crank, I contacted phoenix for a quote ( very very good price compared to some) the staff were very helpful getting to the problem and if they was able to help, today 21/1/25 two lovely gentlemen arrived promptly on said time and there work was very professional providing the info on what they do/did, very respectful and helpful staff. 10 stars all day.
