I obviously didn't scroll down the reviews far enough to find out about how bad these people can be or I am just unlucky. I had a problem with a steering lock on my car that had been damaged by somebody attempting to steal the car without the right key. Looked on the internet and Phoenix looked to be the best fit for what I wanted. Initial contact was good but I quickly realised, all too late I am afraid, that these guys don't do anything that they say on their website. They are expensive call handlers and take no responsibility for the work undertaken by the tradesmen that they engage to do the work and change a fortune for the privilege. I have been left with a car that has no immobiliser, the steering creaks when moving, and the trim around the column clearly hasn't been put on square and a door lock key that is just a blade. I would say AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Fantastic service from start to finish we had locked keys inside our Mg car and from the moment I called for help had great service , Harrison came out the same day and kept us updated on his arrival time, quick polite efficient great job done .even had a call to follow up the job had been done can’t fault a thing
What a fantastic service, my key fob wasn’t working properly so I changed the battery and then nothing, wouldn’t do anything. I thought the key needed reprogramming so contacted Logan who talked me through things to try and very speedy in replies. He helped me source the issue over the phone. Thank you so much.
