Participated in their research panel. They got pushy about our foreign exchange student not wearing the watch after I explained they probably wouldn't wear it and were asleep after a tough day at school. They borderline on harassment when it comes to wearing the watch, emails and calls were out of control. I had to ask them to stop contacting me. My wife and daughter got paid, but I only got 1 $10 check in the mail after months of wearing it. They expect you to wear a watch all day every day that records your information and think that $25 per month is spectacular compensation for it. Oh, they will enter you into sweepstakes too. Horrible experience.
I had an interview experience with NielsenIQ which has been quite unprofessional and disappointing. They are extremely bad handling of the interview process. Also interviewers projected a negative atmosphere during the discussion. Horrible experience.
Their rating system is inaccurate and a joke, leading to many heavily watched shows being canceled because only a low amount of a small sample of people are watching they doesn't represent the wider public and therefore should be dismantled from the ground up
Absolutely awful company, it’s practically a scam, once they get you to install their software/app on computer, phone etc with the rewards point promise you can never access your account to exchange the reward points! I have had their software/app on my laptop for many years and every time I try to log in or reset password it kicks me out, even though I get the emails and texts so they definitely have my details! The support never replies or gets in touch, it literally is a massive scam scheme to spy on people for free & lie to them about giving rewards that you can never access. Avoid at all cost!!! Ps, I’ll be removing their app now as they’re a scam, just hope to warn people now so they don’t get roped in like I did!
If I had known how much they would be bugging me about how much other adult family members didn't wear or charge their devices I probably wouldn't have done it because they had a main contact person and it wasn't me and almost everytime I tried to help them by calling in they were rude. Wasn't really worth doing considering I wore n charged mine correctly. Sometimes device said I had way less points then it was suppose to cuz I had worn it all day at work.
