Review Time
I have been completing surveys without issue since 2015. Recently checked my account to see that £30 of points has been 'expired'. I complained citing the fact that this is a change of policy and it wasn't fair as I was not notified about the change. They refunded the points as a one off gesture. However, they persistently quoted the rewards expiration policy as if I was stupid and did not understand it rather than acknowledge they had changed the goal posts without letting their panellists know. I have cashed out my points and will think about whether I want to continue to do any more surveys for this company.
I did a 45 minute $12 review and got NO credit. I filed a complaint and NO one replied. Tried again. No reply again. Went to redeem my points. After a confirmation, I waited until I got the redemption code which usually comes in less than an hour. Four days later, NO code.Help contact says there is a delay. Delay? Days? Weeks? Months? Years? Sad. It was for many years a great way to make a few dollars which we used on Amazon. Sad.
Rewarded points expire after a year which I found out after my points had disappeared.The customer service is atrocious supplying standard cut and past responses without attempting to understand the issue in question.The surveys are so few its barely worth the effort.
SINCE 8/1/2025 PINE CONE WENT TO A NEW AND SO-CALLED UPDATED WEBPAGE/WEBSITE. THEY HAVE SENT ME 40 LINKS AND SURVEYS TO TAKE. NO ONE.....AND I MEAN NOT ONE I CLICK ON WAS AVAILABLE. THEY WERE ALL CLOSED. THAT EVERY ONE CLOSED. THEIR SO-CALLED IMPROVED SITE IS A JOKE. FURTHERMORE I FILED A TICKET TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. WEEKS AGO....AND NO ANSWER. I CAN NOT COLLECT MY BALANCE OF $7.50. THE LIGHTS ARE ON...BUT NO ONE IS AT HOME. THIS HAS BECOME A SCAM. SIGH-UP FOR ANGUISH. THIS SITE IS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSATISFACTORY, SLOPPY AND LOOSE. STAY AWAY
What happened to them???? They bait and switch you without warning. Surveys much longer (1 hour in length) than usual and still only given $3.00??? Taking away earned points without being given any type of notice that that is what was going to happen. Completing surveys until the end and not being given the points you just earned. They are now a company that steals your money and your time. They used to be good. NO LONGER.
Terrible survey company, points get deleted after 12 months, but when you get 1 survey that you're not guaranteed to get points for, every 2 months (if you're lucky) and you can't redeem anything until you have at least 1000 points (you get 100 points a survey tops) then you'll never get enough points to actually get anything, whilst they get all your personal details, it's a win for them and a big lose for you (including the waste of your precious time) I have 600 points (100 was deleted) so I'll probably never get to 1000, time to cut my losses and delete my account. I certainly wouldn't recommend this company especially when I filled in a survey I then received an error message so missed out on my points and wasted my time, that was the last straw for me, I'm done.
