False promises and dishonest buisiness practices …

This company make offers then when it's time to pay up back peddle so they don't have to pay you. I was really looking forward to being a Neilsen Family, but I can't do buisiness with a dishonest company. I would have done it for free, but they offered us some $$ then re-niged on it. You would think they would honor their promises since they want to be known as a trustworthy company.

They promise you they will send $ 10.00…

They promise you they will send $ 10.00 dollars to each family member who completes their survey. We have called Nielsen Company twice and we are still waiting for them to keep their promise. It is not about the money it is about the principal.

There wasn’t a zero star option

There wasn’t a zero star option! Absolutely so annoying and after we cancelled they didn’t remove the “app” on the computer that you cannot find and delete it. Never use Neilson. Got so mad with their stupid sign in thing. That just flipped the thing down soo I didn’t have to see it anymore until they came and got it. I can guarantee that the reviews that they are getting aren’t accurate because after the first week people don’t care or do what Neilson expects you to do! GARBAGE!!!!!!!!

DO NOT PARTICIPATE WITH NEILSEN

I was asked to participate in their long term TV survey. Two guys came and spent 5 hours at my home and could not complete the install. Said they’d come back and finish in two hours. Came back and removed their equipment and left. Additionally, the $50 gift card they gave my was rejected. Just an overall awful experience. Wrote the CEO...now a private equity fund...of course never heard back

Another FRAUD

If you get a e-mail about surveys for gift cards or money it is a scam they will give you nothing you’re wasting your time by giving them free info don’t do it.

Avoid avoid avoid

Avoid avoid avoid . They do nothing but hound you with messages, texts , emails if they feel you are not entering enough shopping trips on their app/scanner . They even try ringing you on different numbers if you dont pick up, mobile numbers as well .Surveys completed and reward is poor . Plenty of other companies who reward your effort more handsomely snd do not pester to the degree this horrible company do .

they had my truck for 10 days,on the 9th day i went in to ask the service manager or whatever he is besides a bs artist what is up with my truck, he looked me in the face and told me it’s my starter, i had my truck sent to aamco west caldwell they found the problem, oh it wasn’t the starter, i purchased 3 cars from these people, they are lower than low, my neighbor had a similar problem, then they had the nerve to ask about me experience

Used to be much better. I was sent products to try and it was fun. Now I have only done one survey and nothing else is available. I prefer other sites.

If I could give a minus

If I could give a minus, I would, they are that terrible! Everything people in these reviews say are true about this company and more. They don’t return calls they promise to do, and it takes them 10 days to reply to an email. They offer sweepstakes if you scan items you buy but when their scanner breaks down, you lose out for the entire month. There’s no accountability! I’ve worked with them for several years fighting with them on every issue. So not worth it and such a waste of time.

Survey scam???

Filled out a survey where I had to record eaten snacks over a week. Said would receive around £10 of Nectar points. That was a month ago and as yet have received nothing.
