I ordered a medium pizza from Pizza Pizza. The pizza I received was not double cheese and did not come with bacon as I ordered. I called to complain, got polite service, was sent another pizza to replace the 1st one but still no bacon and definitely not double cheese. It appears to me they do not care about their customer, me.
Placed an order at 5:15pm arrived downstairs at 5:58pm and apparently the 40min or free doesn't apply to certain people, talked to manager and was told driver was here at 5:53 but driver hadn't phoned me until 5:56 and I buzzed him in at 5:58. So in conclusion their 40min or free is a load of crap
My experience is just wonderful!I love the workers here they are very kind. My food comes very fast and fresh. The employes treat us withr espect and they are very caring. I just love this place and i go 1-3 times a week with my friends.
I pre ordered 5 xl pizzas ready for 5 30 and yes there were ready but yes they were cold !! So disappointed!!! I had to put each pizza in the oven before serving to my guests . 22 people here witnessed the cold pizza that was sold to me for over 80 dollars !!!
