Good pizza n poutines but the lady who answer the phone for delivery's try ro rip people off she does it everytime I get her I just know to expect it so I tell her she's wrong about the price check again n it's usually fixed ASAP but today she tried telling me my last order was a special like I haven't been ordering here since imoved here in 2022 so I know the prices pretty well I don't think she should be answering phones period
FIRE!! The cheese was so extra!! The wings were nice and crispy even though I ordered the honey garlic they were fire just plain crispy too. The toppings with the cheese was just right! Crust was done perfectly! And the delivery man was so nice and cute. It was well worth the wait!!
Tried to order online, the banner special was for a medium 2 topping with dip for $12, that's good, went to place the order, go through everything enter payment method, delivery address, and when I hit the complete order button a pop up in what can barely be called English pops up saying min $25, I wish that would have been anywhere before I wasted my time, also the $4.95 delivery fee and tip required is like a real restaurant adding an 18% gratuity no matter how bad the service is to the bill.
Our two Panzerottis came extremely undercooked and very heavy from grease. We weren’t allowed to change our order to baked instead deep fried ( which wasn’t clearly noticeable during ordering) We couldn’t even get a refund but are forced to use a LIMITED TIME credit.( expiring in 6 months) We weren’t offered any type of credit, just an apology. ( after 3 calls) two calls got disconnected from their end. So basically, they were not held accountable for their actions, next customer who gives a poop right!?
