Literally ordered 4x cheese on my pizza and it was normal, for some reason it was extremely spicy even tho I did not order any spicy so me and my family couldn't even eat it. Talked to customer service they said the most they can do for me is a 25 dollar credit even tho I spend $62 for the order. Shifty customer service, can't even fix their mistakes and its not even properly shown how to contact support. Will NEVER be buying from pizza pizza ever again. Worst company. Can't even comp 1 pizza even tho they screwed up.
The pizza was cold and I ordered double ham and there definitely wasn’t doubled at all. Then our jalapeño poppers what happened? They were like less than half the size they were originally were very disappointed. I don’t think I’m ordering here anymore and that’s too bad cause that’s the only pizza I used to order it from.
I'm pretty sure all Pizza Pizza locations operate the same, but I'm going to write a review about the Pizza Pizza located at Mud St and Paramount in Stoney Creek On.The people that work there have absolutely no shame how they treat their customers.They either have too many customers, most of the customers they have are reluctant to complain, or they just plain don't care.I usually pick up an XL pepperoni pizza, a couple of times a month, but not anymore, because I've finally had enough of their quality and bad service.The XL pepperoni pizza they sell you has at the most 2 to 3 pieces of pepperoni per slice, some slices have 1.5 pieces, and on occasion some slices have none.The picture on their front window that advertises the XL pizza shows 6 or 7 pieces of pepperoni per slice...how do they justify what you expect, and what you get.It's just not right.A minimum of at least 4 pieces of pepperoni would be a little more acceptable, but not in this place...the owners are so tight, they squeak when they walk.I once ordered an XL pizza, paid and went to my car to wait, after looking at the bill I realized I paid for a Large pizza.I went back inside and reminded the attendant that I ordered an XL not a Large, and didn't realize what I paid for until a couple of minutes later The attendant bullishly said "You said XL not large" I then said to her" I've been coming here for a long time, and I always order an XL, I never order Large, so please make me an XL and I'll pay the difference "Again she insisted that I ordered a Large, and that's what she heard, and the Large pizza is almost ready"First of all it takes a little longer than 6 minutes to make a pizza, and then told her I'm not interested in what she heard, I know what I said...I said XL and actually had witnesses there.After some other stupid remarks she made, she finally changed the order to XL.She charged me for the difference...I later found out she overcharged me by more than a dollar.When I questioned the overcharge she blurted out some unintelligible remark and gave me a dollar.I spoke with the manager, expressed my concern about his employee and then realized by his behavior that she's probably his sister.I definitely will not be returning to this location... they're rude, cheap,and don't appreciate their customers.Good riddance to rudeness, and cheap pizza
When the Calzones shrink to half the size of the box? Had this experience in September and shrugged it off. They used fit the box nicely. Also less ingredients in them. Is this the new corporate standard or the store taking shortcuts? I have a photo.
We find the food awesome. We have tried the pizza, the chicken bites and now the chicken wings. All of it was delicious. I have celiac and the team at Pizza Pizza makes sure that my orders are always perfect. I am so glad I found a place where I do not have to worry about what or how I am going to get my food. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.Great Food, Great Service, Caring Staff. All the things to make a Great place to eat
I've always liked pizza pizza because of their variety of toppings. Eventhough I am not a vegetarian, I only like veggie pizza. But some locations make horrible pizza. One of my main topping is the oven roasted red peppers but of late it's like sautéed peppers not like oven roasted peppers at all. I know everyone wants to cut cost but don't deceive your customers. I ordered today and not only did I get what seemed like sautéed peppers, the dough was under cooked too. After writing this review, pizza pizza reached out to me and offered to compensate. Even though I didn't accept, I thought that was very professional and shows that they care about the business. I also ordered from the same location after and I was very satisfied with my order. 👍👍
We ordered 2 pizzas, the basic cheese pizza was fine. Not extraordinary but pretty good for $8.99. It got eaten, the kids liked it fine.The keto crust is absolutely inedible. Like completely unacceptable and I'm pretty easy to please and generally have low expectations. It's like gross soggy bread.
