Review Time
Well....being very hungry on a planned pizza party evening, the first thing we did was place our order with two pizzas coming to over 50 dollars. Seemed very expensive even for what was promoted as a "deal". Also told us that it would be 50 minutes. After about 55 minutes and no communication I called customer service to check order status and was told it would be on the way "soon". I asked if there would be a discount and was told that I needed to wait on phone while they looked into that. Meanwhile another call came in that was unable to answer. Thinking it might be the delivery at last I told a friend to check outside. She did not see a car and nobody came to the door. Meanwhile I discovered a voice mail telling me that because I didn't answer the phone the pizza was taken back to the store. So I called customer service and explained and they said they would send it out again and it would be free and it would arrive in fifteen minutes. No pizza. My friend gave up waiting and drove to another pizza store and got pizzas and came back with them. My pizza still had not arrived yet from Pizza Pizza. Back on the phone. Three more minutes I was told. After another twenty minutes the pizzas finally arrived cold and soggy. It was almost two hours from the time of our placed order.
Horrible customer service! I ordered pizza as a thank you to my staff for driving through the snow to arrive to work during the recent storm. Because the contact phone number was listed as the main number of the organization (I did give an extn that seemed to be ignored), someone from a different department that also ordered, called Pizza Pizza to complain about their order and gave the same phone number. Pizza Pizza automatically thought it was the same order and confirmed another delivery was on the way...MY ORDER! When mine didn't arrive, I called Pizza Pizza and was transfered to a manager at head office that said the location didn't do anything wrong and would not refund me or send out another order. So basically, lunch for the other department was on me and my staff got screwed! I'll never order from this company again!
They will not fix nothing including their website it keeps telling me that my email is incorrect it's been going on for multiple years you're better going to another company that wants your business because they're showing they don't if I could give them a Zero review I would
First time trying Pizza Pizza (Steinbach location) and we weren’t able to wait for the pizza to be made, so they went out of their way to get it to us. Amazing service, excellent communication and the pizza (XXL ham, pineapple, bacon) was amazing! Will definitely order again! Thanks to the friendly staff there
I was ordering on the phone and ordered the 4 cheese blend as part of my toppings. I was then told by the customer service its now a 6 cheese blend. So I inquired on what the cheeses are? I was driving... not able to Google. The lady said she did not know .. "it doesn't say?"I couldn't believe the lack of knowledge on the employee???However I did ask if there was feta or goat cheese on it? She said we'll probably not cause those 2 cheeses have an unchanged.Pizza pizza train your CS geesh.
I ordered a pizza, they made me wait for an hour and sent a wrong pizza, then after waiting 20 mins on hold and get in touch with a customer service agent which couldn’t even understand my situation, transferred me to supervisor and she confirmed that it’s the agent’s mistake to take the wrong order(they listened the recording for order placed on Dec 16 2025 at 18:50 ON time) Now the supervisor KHUSH mentioned she is doing me favour to reorder the correct one which I ordered 2 hours ago and this will be delivered within another 30 minutes. When I asked for some compensation for making me wait 2 hours extra, she said either she can replace it with the correct one or only give me $10 credits but no replacement with correct order which i placed and paid for already.So Technically, I paid $40 and received nothing for the value of my money as i cant eat this mistake of their(i don’t eat meat). I fought with them for 2 hours and they accepted it was their mistake not mine and showing me as if they are doing a favour to pay me $10 in return. Where are my rest $30 and inconvenience for wasting my 2 hours and keeping me hungry???? Honestly, good going pizza pizza. Please improve your staff or at least test their listening skills before hiring them to take on call orders. (Btw the guy who took order, repeated the toppings 4 times and took 10 minutes to place an order, still incorrect). 👏And I am still on the hold of KHUSH rn while typing this review. I am very disappointed and mad. The time right now is 20:45. Let’s see what another genius solution she is cooking while keeping me this long on hold…… GREAT PIZZA PIZZA👏👏👎👎👎👎
Less than 1 star, I ordered food and didn’t receive my food. The attendant demanded I apologise to him even tho he failed his duty of care to the customer taking payment after taking the order. I was happy to pay but was told I needed to apologise first? The attendant needs the sack and a reality check.. I reminded him he had taken our order and not charged us for this treatment. Do better Ibo.. sack this useless individual. Censorship prevented me of using the words I wished to use.
