Disgusted. Wrong order. CSA claimed stupidity. Nothing was bagged, anyone could open the food and eat it or touch it - unsanitary. We threw it away. The actual “food” was a joke. Fries didn’t even go half way up box, cold, dried out we think gravy… minus zero rating and I think I’ll call to have them inspected. Nasty.
I've never encountered staff as bad as this one at 3171 Strandherd Dr., which is close to the Metro store. The pizza is the worst I've ever had.I bought a big pizza with three toppings for approximately $20. I requested that half of it be served with cheese alone. When I questioned the proprietor about the quantity of topping present, I was met with an awful attitude. He is meant to put twice as many toppings on the other half as there is on the first, which is just cheese. In contrast, he reduced the customary quantity of the second half, which is immoral. This store is dishonest, and I will never buy anything from them.
I ordered a Pepperoni Panzerotti, with extra toppings instead of cooking it an extra couple minutes to compensate for the extra cheese & extra ingredients. It was taken out before the ingredients were properly blended through the cooking process. Instead I received a Panzerotti that was cold `in the middle when the outer edges were perfect. That was an epic fail of a meal Costing 30 dollars I would have been better off making a peanut butter & Jelly sandwich and saving 30 dollars. I normally have no problems with Pizzapizza. Tonight was a massive disappointment. I don't understand how Domino's food arrives so hot and Pizzapizza arrives so much colder.
Since when dose a $22 order become a $40 order , on their advertisement they offer 2 medium pizzas 4 toppings and 4 cans of coke for $22 when I placed my order sticking to the the deal with no extras the total price came to $40 , their explanation is its a total of 4 topping for both , Well the advertisement dose not say that, and they refused to rectify the issue I would give them -10 stars for this what they are doing is faults advertising and gouging , as a result I cancelled my order and will never order from them again
I ordered an extra large cheese pizza with special instructions that please don’t cut the pizza it was for my kids while I was at work but when I came in evening from work the pizza looked professional cut so I asked my kid she told me that when she went they cut the pizza and they said they forgot about instruction if she wait they can make her another one but my 12 year old dint wait and when later I called them to save 15 or 16 dollars they blamed my 12 year old daughter that she said to cut the pizza

Not only did I receive the wrong toppings on various slices, but the missing slices further added to my disappointment. This was not the kind of service I expected from Pizza Pizza.As a customer, I value accuracy and reliability when ordering food, and this experience fell far short of my expectations. While I have ordered Pizza Pizza in the past and had good experiences, this recent incident has left a negative impression on me. I am hesitant to order from Pizza Pizza in the future, as I cannot afford to have my order mishandled and my meal ruined.In conclusion, my recent order from Pizza Pizza was a terrible experience due to the incorrect toppings and missing slices. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve its quality control and ensure that such mishaps do not occur in the future. As a result of this disappointing experience, I am reluctant to order from Pizza Pizza again.
