Review Time
I spent 20 minutes online trying to order a pizza, phoned customer service and they wanted to connect me to the store near me but they didn't get it, I was complaining and not going to order from them in the future...too frustrating.
Had ordered from pizza pizza yesterday. Very unimpressed. Both pizzas were cold and not flavorful at all..seemed very blah. Sweet potatoe fries were completely soggy to where they were basically mush. Garlic cheese toast also very soggy , had to put them in the oven to continue cooking them. The worst was the Buffalo poutine.. picture looked amazing. What we got was a different story. When opened it looked like a container of Buffalo soup. Their was so much Buffalo sauce on top drowning the entire poutine. The fries were so drenched in the sauce you couldn't even identify them as being fries. Barley any gravy. Barley any cheese. Just a bowl of mush with way too much Buffalo sauceNot usually a complainer, but everything was terrible so here I am. Thumbs down to the staff cooking at the Edward St location in Thunder Bay. This is the second time in a row we have been disappointed. Wont be ordering here again 👎
I went to Sherbrooke street branch to get the offer 2 slices for 6 dollars around 4:30 and the employees and the manager refused. they said we don't have the offer anymore !!!!, WOW, I pointed out to the poster and asked them what is this and why, they said we don't have it any more even thou I had it from another branch the day before, please hire people willing to work or just listen to them and take it out from your offers, this is a waste of time.
We ordered Pizza from the 225 Fairview Rd, Brantford outlet, and the pizza was delicious. The man who served us was very pleasant; the pizza was ready very quickly, and he even brought it out to the car for us. Honestly it couldn't have been better than that. Also, when I went inside, the restaurant was very clean, and the A/C was working well. It was hot outside, so that was a bonus. All in all a very pleasant experience. I would go back again. And they had a special,XL, four toppings for 16.99. With tax, 19.20. Today that's a good deal. We would go again!!!!
Here’s the problem. Called pizza pizza. Gave them an address to the new development which they are unable to locate on their end. Because they cannot find it first solution they offer is to go pick it up when I asked for delivery. Fed up. Call again; talk to the supervisor. He can’t find the address even though it’s clearly listed on google. Gave them the address gave them the postcode, cross streets. Everything they needed to process the order. So the supervisor puts me on another long hold. Ridiculous. I hang up. They are either outright lying about how they can’t find the address or the people that work there are that incompetent on the phone. I decided to call somewhere else. The pizza that is served there tastes like cardboard anyway.
Pizza pizza sent us undercooked pizza multiple times. I tried ordering thin crust in hopes it would be crispier and cooked however again the centre of the pizza was doughy. I wrote a complaint and was told I would get a $25 discount but I have to call to order. I just called to place my order and they claim there is no discount under my name or phone number. Extremely disappointed in pizza pizza. They’ve lost a customer after not keeping their word and delivering poor quality.
