The worst Pizza pizza Store. Let me first tell you all, I am a customer for last 20 years, there were issues here and there but nothing major, I moved to the area close to 2255 Erinmills store in Mississauga a while back, and there are 3 stores around my area but 2255 Erinmills is the closest one, anyways the issue is they have burnt my pizza 3 times, first time I didnt check and found that when I got to home and called pizza pizza and they ordered a $5 refund, anyways 2nd time I checked while I was still in the store and I showed they guy, surprisingly the guy was arguing that its not burnt but I can make you a new one, imagine working from home and going to pickup your food. Anyways I let that go, a week ago, they did the same thing and I found that out in the morning that the whole pizza is sitting there and no one ate it (it was for my kids and I left for work after dropping that pizza home), so I checked and it was burnt again, completely burnt. I called pizza pizza and again same, this time they are giving me $6 refund and so to me they think the burnt part was $6 and the rest you can eat, I don't know, it so stupid. anyways I am never calling them again. there are way better places I can order pizza.
We received the flyer in the mail and they have something new called Stromboli. They looked delicious. We ordered and asked for delivery but if you use your debit card it is an extra dollar. What? Charging me to use my debit? No way so I paid cash just to find out they were smothered in garlic salt, so much so, in the garbage they went. Thirty dollars in the garbage, don’t buy them, they where disgusting.
Well.... decided to try out this new item called stromboli. This was absolutely disgusting. It was too salty and no balance of the meat and cheese. The cheese was horrible and looked like old glue. I ordered the 4 meat stromboli and never again I will order from this place again. I had a few bites and threw the rest of it in the garbage where it belongs. My friends told me their pizza is horrible but I'm stubborn and didn't listen. Save your money and go elsewhere
Review is for Pizza Pizza @ 75 Mosley Street,Wasaga Beach....we were at the cash counter to order the pizza. I politely asked for Menu to order...the guy at the terminal said he cant give the menu and cant even tell which speciality pizzas they have and started taking ordees from next in line...when i objected, he started shouting...when i asked for manager, he said i am the manager...when i asked for his name, he denied to share...he was so rude that i cant even explain in words....if i am at a restraunt or a food place and ask for menu, and the staff behaves in this way, how sad is it...i am.not going to be at another pizza pizza ever....teach ur staff to behave....such a shame..i even have the reciept to show oir order...teach ur staff some.manners
MY WIFE AND I ORDERED A PIZZA FROM PIZZA PIZZA TODAY. THE FOLLOWING WERE DEFINITELY 5 STARS OUT OF 5: PRODUCT QUALITY, PRODUCT QUANTITY, PACKAGING, WARMTH OF PIZZA, PRICE, DELIVERY VERY QUICK, PIZZA DELIVERY LADY VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SOCIABLE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK PIZZA PIZZA AND EMPLOYEES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PIZZA PIZZA TO ANY/EVERYONE.
